Customer satisfaction is our number one priority at V Lash Studio. As a valued client, we want to make sure your experience with us an extraordinary one. Unfortunately, we have a NO REFUND policy on completed services and please follow our studio guidelines below:

We require a $50 non-refundable deposit at the time of booking for all new appointments. This will go towards the total cost.

We kindly ask to give us a 24-hour in advance notice if you must cancel/reschedule your appointment or a $50 fee will be added onto your next appointment.

If a client has two or more last minute cancellations/no-shows, all future appointments will have to be paid in full plus a $50 fee at the time of booking.

Please arrive on time with no eye makeup preferred.

We understand many things can happen, but if you are running more than 10 minutes late according to our clock, the appointment will be canceled.

Our studio welcomes families, friends, and children; however, for safety reasons and to provide a relaxing environment for other clients in the studio, children are not permitted. Adult guests are welcomed to wait in the lobby area.

Please turn your cell phones to silent/vibrate mode to prevent distractions to others in the studio.
